How install works
- Your Hearth fetches the role manifest signed with the marketplace master pubkey.
- Installer checks prerequisite skills — offers to install any missing ones from the skill catalog first.
- Installer collects required credentials (API keys, OAuth, etc.) and runs the
test_endpointper credential before saving to your vault. - You preview + edit the A2A defaults and approve. Permanent roles also need first-time founder approval.
- Role spawns as an agent in
/dashboard/agents. Permanent roles run on their schedule. Contractors are callable by your CEO viahearth_hire_contractor.
