About this role
Every morning at 7am the agent scans:
- Reddit — subreddits you specify + product/company name search
- Hacker News — Algolia search API for mentions in stories + comments
- X (formerly Twitter) — public search via your X dev account (optional)
Collected mentions are deduped, scored for sentiment (1–5), and stored. Once a week (Sunday) the agent digests the prior 7 days into:
- Top 3 positive threads (link + 1-line why)
- Top 3 negative or concerned threads (link + suggested response)
- Trend line vs prior week
- 3 actionable issues you should escalate to product/support
Daily runs are silent unless something scores ≤2 (real complaint) — those go straight to the CEO inbox the same day with a draft response.

Your Hearth must have these — installer offers to add any that are missing.
Required credentials (3)
Installer collects these, runs the test endpoint, then encrypts in your vault. Never sent to the marketplace.
Company name

Subreddits to scan (comma-separated)
